 Reporting to the VP ASP (Hosting) Services, Anand will Manage ASP (Hosting Services) Client Support for the ASP business, which is growing 30% a year, for an e-learning and e-commerce software vendor. The firm is a supplier to Higher Education, K-12, Associations and corporations requiring enterprise wide strategic learning management systems. Anand is pleased and volunteered these comments:

 This is a growth company, a unique business, with a product I can believe in. The position has a blend of operations, people management, customer service and technology which I like. I will be able to apply my support management and leadership skills. There is potential for good growth, and there are good benefits.

 Some of the most valuable things for me were: 1. Ideas. I was able to get some nice ideas/tips/tricks from the whole SET package and blend it with my approach  e.g., cover letters, "executive intelligence," PR Press Releases for spot opportunity research. Good reference documents all in one place. The SuperSearch was good too.

 2. Bill's review of the contract offer and points suggested by him were very helpful. 3. Data Services compiling reports was helpful, especially the number of customers in a Sales range in a metro region (so I could evaluate relocation options to growth areas).
